Beginning and Ending
February 23 10:00 - 11:30am or 3:30-5:00pm No Cost, but registration required
Learn the versatility of the provisional crochet cast on and how to adapt it to your projects and the crochet cast off as well. Other cast on and cast off techniques will be discussed in this round table discussion.
February 24 1-4pm $40 plus supplies
Come learn a way to do stranded knitting with just a flick of your left thumb. You will be amazed at how ergonomically comfortable this method is, how even your stitches and floats are, and how easy it is to manage two colors of yarn with no tangling. You may never again want to do stranded colorwork any other way.
Rug Punching Tea Cozy
March 23 9am – 4pm
Join us for a beginning/intermediate Punch Needle project using the Amy Oxford Punch needles. We will be making a tea Cozy that’s really useful. You will learn great new techniques to make your punch needle experience fun and easy. Please join us from 9 to 4 for a great day of fun and learning. All-inclusive $125- Includes yarn, monks cloth and #8 punch needle, pattern and instruction.. Lunch included, too.
Equi-Sox Yarn Dye Day
March 24 11am-1pm or 2 – 4pm
Join us for a fun 2 hours and hand paint a skein of sock yarn. Beth and MarySue will walk you through how to set up and dye your yarn. The class cost includes yarn and dyes and the supplies needed to paint your yarn. $20 per skein. $5 upcharge for a sock blank and $10 additional for a self-striping put up.

Saturday March 30 1-4pm
Kathy Martin of Sequim WA will present Adele's Mohair of South Africa, a labor-intensive cottage industry, producing designer knitting yarns, fashions, and home accessories. Kathy who is the sole U.S. distributor will be available Saturday afternoon to discuss her recent trip to South Africa and Swaziland and the Adele experience. This first shipment of Magic Mohair Gift Packs includes colorful collections of hand-dyed mohair boucle and novelty yarns with original patterns designed specifically to match the luxury of these hand crafted fibers.
