2020 Theme-
Rock the PNW!

What Is The Northwest Slow Yarn Crawl?

This slow crawl is the perfect way to explore new yarn shops and have some summer fun.  Spread over three months in the glorious Oregon and Washington summer, this crawl encompasses the best parts of every yarn crawl: patterns, games, prizes, and yarn shops!

Cabled Fiber & Yarn now has Passports Available online or
call the Store to purchase and we'll mail it to you for free.
Make a yarn purchase and we'll stamp the passport before we mail it.

For passport holders, any purchases from May 22 through Sept. 7, 2020 will be eligible for the “stamp” in your passport.
This includes online, pick-up, delivery, and in-person purchases

For online orders we have created a sticker to add to your cart
so that we know that you are a crawler and we'll send you the Ravelry Pattern Code and sticker with your order.

A Message to Our Crawlers for 2020 from the Crawler Coordinator
The crawl is changing! This is a hard time for all of our shops and customers.  In the spirit of “embracing change” we are trying an added “couch crawl” this year.  Whether you are located in Florida, Maine, or Washington, you can participate in the online crawl! For passport holders, any purchases from our participating shops from May 22 through Sept. 7, 2020 will be eligible for the “stamp” in your passport.  This includes online, pick-up, delivery, and in-person purchases, but you must make a purchase (and indicate you are a crawler) if you are crawling online.  Stores will be stamping or distributing stickers which you will place in your passport.  All patterns will be available via Ravelry code as in the past.  Some shops may offer printed copies upon request.  When and where possible, stamps/stickers will be distributed in person once shops reopen and travel is allowed again.

Once you have completed a region you may submit photos of your passport (front page plus stamped pages) at to be entered in the regional prize drawings.  If possible, you may also submit your entries in-person at the shops.
