This adorable bag was designed exclusively for Knit Picks by Julia Green–an illustrator and surface pattern designer based in Nampa, Idaho. Over the years, she has created artwork for a diverse range of projects, including album artwork and editorial illustration, patterns for children’s rain boots, toy designs, and children’s books. Julia draws inspiration from the cartoons she enjoyed as a 90s kid and the illustration styles from the 1950s and 1960s. Her art is characterized as a blend of soft emotions and humor. When she is not immersed in her creative work, you can find her indulging in video games or spending quality time with her two cats and her Chiweenie.
