Sprightly Wren is part rustic workhorse, part relaxed elegance, designed to be both hardy and next to skin soft.  Its cozy wool is shorn from sheep grazing the American West.  Wren's refined upland organic cotton is grown by a co-op of family farms in Texas, on of the longest standing such organic co-ops in the US.

When grown using conventional industrialized farming practices, cotton is one of the most polluting crops on the planet, requiring the use of vast quantities of chemical fertilizers and insecticides as well as extensive irrigation.  By growing with organic methods these Texas farmers dramatically reduce their impact on the soil, water air and communities around them.

Wren is a DK weight wool-cotton blend, with its signature tweedy texture and cozy softness. Equal parts rugged and elegant, Wren combines cooling cotton with warming wool for a unique, versatile yarn that’s perfect for transitional weather.

60% American wool, 40% Texas organic cotton / Grown, spun and dyed in the USA
