Shipping We choose the most affordable shipping rates available to us through USPS. Most orders will ship within 24 hours. Orders placed after 4:30 pm Saturday through midnight Monday will be shipped on Tuesday Orders up to $100 ship for a flat rate of $6.00 Orders between $100 and $250 will ship for $10.00. We will contact you before confirming the order if over $250 or over 10 pounds. Return Policy for Shipped Items We accept returns of unused, clean product within 60 days of purchase excluding special orders. Patterns, books, needles, hooks, accessories, consigned items and sale items may not be returned. Shipping is non-refundable and return shipping is at the customers expense. You must include your receipt or a copy of the receipt emailed to you. In your refund request, you must include the date of your purchase, your Full Name, Phone Number, Email Address and Mailing Address. Refunds will be made for the cost of items and taxes less shipping expense. Once we receive your request, we will reply within two business days. with instructions on how to return the item(s).
